1. Avatar must stay private2. You have no right to rip/steal files if you have not paid "File ownership" fee, even if you are design/character owner3. You are not allowed to resell4. You are not allowed to claim avatar as yours5. You are not allowed to missuse any functions of the avatar towards: HATERED, HARRASMENT, ASSULTS, PEDOFILIA and SEXUAL ABUSE6. You must own full ownership or at least permission to commission a character/model/avatar (with proof)7. Avatar will be copyrighted. In case of breach or theft, a DMCA claim will be filed

1. You are allowed to share files with close friends (To make edits for the person who commissioned the model/avatar and ONLY for them)2It's forbiden to upload files on public online spaces3. It is allowed to use assets from the model (To make edits for the person who commissioned the model/avatar and ONLY for them)4. VRC Avatar can be public only on your account5. It is prohibited to resell or profit from the files6. Not allowed to claim avatar as your work7. Credit me8. It is prohibitted using stolen work/assets on avatar7.
